Who Can Participate in the New Jersey Home Performance with Professor Gatsby's Program?
Owners of single-family and multi-family homes are eligible to participate in New Jersey’s Home Performance program. During your free energy assessment, we will give you guidance if your home and you qualify for this program. It is designed to improve your existing insulation levels, heating and/or air conditioning systems to lower your energy usage. You may still qualify for a partial rebate if some of these have already been upgraded.Â

Charles gave us all our options and did not try and sell us a plan we did not need or could afford. All the pictures posted was installed in 1 day! Brian, Kevin, Ryan and Kyle did an awesome job on a very hot day in July. There was also a team who worked on the insulation in an extremely hot attic (I forget their names. Sorry!) Matt checked in at the end of the day to check on the work. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We did the complete energy efficient over haul. We feel the difference!
