2 gentlemen showed up to take a look at our water pressure and well pump. Unfortunately they were not able to preform any tests because the previous plumber had left shoddy work, and they didn’t want to risk it. They suggested a few names for us to call. Their fee ($225, I think) was not cheap to pay, but at least they were honest and didn’t cause us bigger issues.

My existing system had a failure. I called Gatsby, and they sent a technician to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately the parts were unavailable and backordered 3 months. I verified this myself by hunting down the parts and not being able to find them anywhere. After discussions with the service manager Fury, I asked to get a quote on a new system. I received quotes from other companies as well, to ensure I was getting a fair price. The salesman Steve gave me a quote that was a few thousand less then the competition, and after researching the Amana line of products I decided to go with Gatsby for a new system. Steve then went above and beyond by going back to the main office to get AC units so that my family would be comfortable until the new system could be installed. This was 5:30PM on a Friday - superb customer service. Kyle and his crew started at 7:30 and finished at 7:30. It was a long day. At the end, Kyle walked me through everything explained everything they did thoroughly. The technicians were clean and treated my home with care, and went above and beyond replacing a valve that supplied my humidifier. It is now day 2 with the new system and it is humming along. It's super quiet. After the install I texted Steve the salesman a few questions and received answers back promptly. I did a lot of research on the system and the Amana S Series with a heat pump is the real deal. It replaced my carrier infinity system and it is much quieter, performs at least as well, and was several thousand dollars less. Along with top notch customer service, clean install, 10 year parts and labor warranty - I really feel Gatsby went above and beyond in every way possible.

Very friendly and clearly an experienced technician. I would highly recommend him for any heating or AC needs. I hope to see him again!

Prof Gatsby replaced my HVAC system 3 years ago. When I had a plumbing issue, I decided to use them again based on all the excellent service we got over the years. Had 2 garden spickets replaced and 1 added. The Tech David was polite, clean and explained what needed to be done. Everyone I have communicated with at Prof Gatsby has always been polite, professional and very helpful. I recommend them often to neighbors and in township pages on Facebook.

Dominic and James were polite, professional, and honest! I have an older HVAC system and was used to HVAC repair services only pitching replacement options rather than repair. Dominic and James took a look and were able to identify the issue and make the necessary repairs. They even stayed for a few extra minutes to make sure there were no issues before leaving. Can't thank them both enough for their attention to detail!

Professor Gatsby is hands down the best heating and cooling service in South Jersey. They are extremely communicative from setting up the appointment, to following through on the day of. They have a service which is extremely affordable, and will even do routing checks and maintenance of your heating and cooling systems. Always have a great experience with Professor Gatsby, and particularly Joe, one of their field techs. Would give more stars if I could.

The entire staff is professional and quick. I called with an emergency, the representative assisted me quick. Anthony arrived within the hour, stopped the water, seen the issue, fixed the issue answered all my questions. Directed me and was friendly the entire time!!!! Great genuine and good family company. The team at Professor Gatsby’s is A++++++. Our ac quit on 7/16. The team did everything they could to lend us 3 units until our new hvac system was installed on 7/24. Special thanks to Ryan, Brandon, Tom, Eric and our installation team of Chris, Kyle, Brian and Nick. All were true professionals. I highly recommend them.

The guys who came out here were awesome! Sal Martelli and his partner cared about our issue, gave us solutions, wore booties throughout the house without us asking, cared and cleaned up whatever little mess (not any at all) was made from them, and were efficient. Recommend all day!!

Great experience every time I deal with them. They replaced my entire system 2 years ago and I continue to use them for the service on it. Haven’t had a bad experience yet! I recommend they to anyone who has a problem with their system. Also recently had them come out to do a plumbing check up since plumbing is something they just started doing. Great people!
