The guys who came out here were awesome! Sal Martelli and his partner cared about our issue, gave us solutions, wore booties throughout the house without us asking, cared and cleaned up whatever little mess (not any at all) was made from them, and were efficient. Recommend all day!!

Great experience every time I deal with them. They replaced my entire system 2 years ago and I continue to use them for the service on it. Haven’t had a bad experience yet! I recommend they to anyone who has a problem with their system. Also recently had them come out to do a plumbing check up since plumbing is something they just started doing. Great people!

We’ve used Professor Gatsby’s for service since we moved into our house. When I called them about our AC not working (Bad Blower Motor + Frozen Lines) they sent someone out that day to inspect and troubleshoot. The technician and salesman Steve was very helpful and down to earth, he inspected our system and gave us various options for replacement. Steve dropped us off a temporary window unit after we agreed on one of their high efficiency options to use until the completed installation and hold onto for a few days after (just in case).

The installer’s of our new HVAC system were extremely personable and professional, from the lead’s to the new guys being trained. The tech’s all arrived at 7:30am and got right to setup. They spent 2 days here due to the size of the project and difficulty of July heat. Nothing was performed without asking permission or clarifying the work. The tech’s laid down drop cloths from the front door to the crawl access and were very mindful of our house. The lead tech Chris brought to my attention that we had a plumbing leak starting and provided photos for me. Chris walked me through the installation before, during, and after work being performed and made everything easy to understand. These guys put in tough, long hours during a hot week to get us back up and running again and we are grateful to have chosen Professor Gatsby’s. Without a doubt I’d recommend them for your HVAC and Plumbing needs, I know I’ll be using them again!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Dom of Professor Gatsby's Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. Our AC unit stopped working yesterday and Dom came out today and got us up and running right away. He was great, very personable and in this heat, when people are struggling to find ways to stay cool when you don't have a working AC unit, they did not over charge!!!

I would definitely recommend them if anyone is in need of service!

Sean explained in detail the problem and the best way to repair the leak.

We have been using Professor Gatsby for many years for our heating and air ! We can't say enough about the quality of workmanship they provide! They are So respectful upon entering your home! They communicate with you ! We recently needed a bathroom upgrade! As they do plumbing we had them install our Jacuzzi tub, toilet and faucets. We are so happy with the Quality of work they provided with very reasonable prices ! We highly recommend calling them first! You will not be disappointed! We give them a 5 Star Review!!

I had 2 hvac systems installed on 12/8/23. Within 24 hours, one system stopped working due to "poor airflow." it was resolved, then on 2/1/24 (approx. 1.5 months later, the same system is now down - awaiting a technician). How is this possible? Total of 5 people (including installation, and 2 troubleshooting calls later), it is not working again. It hasn't even been 2 full months. Update: 2/2/24. Technician + Manager came out to troubleshoot, the issue was given high priority, and issue has been resolved. Although I was frustrated with the issue, Prof. Gatsby did resolve it by giving the issue high priority and appropriate level of attention. Was already signed up for long term maintenance package with them, will continue to do business with them. Update: 2/19. The Unit is non-functioning again (mere 17 days later - since last review). Quite frustrated with Professor Gatsby, and experiencing proper buyers remorse. On average, every 3 weeks, I have had to have a service call with professor Gatsby on a unit installed in Dec' 23. Very disappointed and frustrated. Would not recommend again.
