I called Gatsby, and they sent a technician to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately the parts were unavailable and backordered 3 months. I verified this myself by hunting down the parts and not being able to find them anywhere. After discussions with the service manager Fury, I asked to get a quote on a new system. I received quotes from other companies as well, to ensure I was getting a fair price. The salesman Steve gave me a quote that was a few thousand less then the competition, and after researching the Amana line of products I decided to go with Gatsby for a new system. Steve then went above and beyond by going back to the main office to get AC units so that my family would be comfortable until the new system could be installed. This was 5:30PM on a Friday - superb customer service. Kyle and his crew started at 7:30 and finished at 7:30. It was a long day. At the end, Kyle walked me through everything explained everything they did thoroughly. The technicians were clean and treated my home with care, and went above and beyond replacing a valve that supplied my humidifier. It is now day 2 with the new system and it is humming along. It's super quiet. After the install I texted Steve the salesman a few questions and received answers back promptly. I did a lot of research on the system and the Amana S Series with a heat pump is the real deal. It replaced my carrier infinity system and it is much quieter, performs at least as well, and was several thousand dollars less.
